Wait For Element To Not Be Displayed

Wait For Element To Not Be Displayed waits until an element is no longer shown on the page. Use it after dismiss actions, route changes or updates that remove UI.

Use it on UI that goes away:

• Loading overlays and spinners

• Toasts and notifications

• Modals after Cancel or submit

Wait For Element To Not Be Displayed pairs with Wait For Element To Be Displayed for the opposite and Check Not Displayed for a direct assertion. Use Wait For Element To Not Be Visible when it only needs to leave the viewport.
