Wait For Element To Not Be Visible waits until an element is no longer shown within the current viewport, even if it still exists elsewhere on the page.
Use it on moving UI:
Dropdowns and tooltips after selection
Sticky banners that scroll away
Panels that slide out
Wait For Element To Not Be Visible pairs with Wait For Element To Be Visible for the opposite and Check Not Visible for a direct assertion. Use Wait For Element To Not Be Displayed when it should leave the page.
