Check installability and offline readiness
The PWA step compares the Google Lighthouse progressive web app score of the current page with the threshold you set. The default passes at 85 or higher.

Mobile-first experiences
Run it after the page has fully loaded, so Lighthouse sees what a user sees.
PWA pairs with Performance and Best Practices on the same screen. Use Open with a Simulated Device to run it in a mobile context.
