Open is the first step in every Flow. It starts the browser or Simulated Device, loads your URL and sets the environment for every step that follows, from language and timezone to network throttle and headers.
Choose the runner that matches your users:

Simulated Device presets for named phones and tablets
Throttled networks to test slower connections
Basic Auth for protected staging sites
Open pairs well with Go To Absolute URL and Go To Relative Path to move on without restarting the browser. Add Condition to branch the journey and Step Group to reuse a login.
