PATCH
Update one field through your API
PATCH sends a partial update to an HTTP endpoint and stores the response. Use it to change one or more fields on an existing record without replacing the whole thing.
Use it to set up state quickly:
Changing one field on a record the UI created
Applying a status change before the UI checks it
Testing partial update endpoints
PATCH pairs with GET to read the record back and Check JSON Value to assert the response. Use PUT to replace the full record and POST to create one.
