Touch Release
Finish long press and drag gestures on target
Touch Release lifts a press on an element or a screen position. Use it after Touch and Hold to finish a gesture on a different element from where it started.
Use it to complete multi-step gestures:
Dropping an item after a held drag
Ending a long press on a new target
Custom sliders and drawing surfaces
Touch Release pairs with Touch and Hold, which starts the press. For a simple drag from one element to another, Drag and Drop does both in one step. Use Touch for ordinary clicks.
