Target the right message in a busy inbox
Select Email highlights a message in the open inbox without opening it. Pick the latest, previous or an indexed message, or match by Subject, From or Reply To.
Use it when the inbox holds more than one message:
Several emails from one journey
Shared Account inboxes
Lists where order is more reliable than subject
Select Email pairs with Open Inbox to show the inbox first and Open Email to read the message. Use Wait For Email to narrow the inbox before you select.
