Delete Cookies removes every cookie for the current browser context. Use it when the Flow needs a clean start before the next navigation or login.
Use it to reset sessions:
Clearing leftover sessions from earlier Test Cases
Resetting authentication without closing the browser
Testing first-visit behaviour
Delete Cookies pairs with Delete Cookie when only one cookie should change, Set Cookie to seed a known state and Delete All LocalStorage for a full reset.
