DoesQA CLI

Your QA platform, one command away

The DoesQA CLI puts the platform in your terminal. An AI coding agent, or a person, signs in with a scoped token and then authors Flows, starts Runs, reads Results and asks the Assistant, all from the command line. Install it from npm on Node.js 18 or newer.

Everything an agent needs

  • Create Flows and add Steps

  • Create and list Elements

  • Start Runs, watch them and summarise Tests

  • Ask the Assistant how login is covered

  • Store and recall memory

  • Return JSON for clean automation

DoesQA Sync, reviewable in Git

Pull a read-only mirror of your Flows, Elements and Run Recipes into a .doesqa folder. Each Flow lands as a Mermaid diagram and a step map, and the output is deterministic, so committing the mirror gives clean, reviewable diffs. A changed Test Step shows up as a changed line.

Review in DoesQA, not in code

Change and Run commands return a review link straight into the app. Open it and read the journey on the canvas. The CLI shares scoped tokens, revoke, expiry and audit with MCP, so one setup covers both.

Starting fresh? doesqa init writes an AGENT.md starter prompt that teaches your agent what it can do. Explore DoesQA for AI agents for more.
